Overall a good place to continue recovery in PHP and IOP. The only thing that needs to change is the TA’s on weekend not doing their job especially when it comes to transportation. They make up rules as they go. Day shift TA Peyton is not very trustworthy when it comes to his word. Called at 1:57 pm for a ride at Walmart he said he’d pick me up at 2:45 it’s now 4:08 pm and I had to catch a ride with the med run. He’ll never have to worry about me asking him anything cause more than likely it will be a lie.

All in all this is a good facility and has made a positive impact on my life. There are many things to do to stay busy including fishing so bring your fishing poles but there are not very many fish in the lake trust me I tried many times lol. The staff is extremely friendly and fun to get along with and if you by any chance have you get Ms. Brandy as a caseworker then you got lucky. She is hands-down the best casewoeker there and will go above and beyond To make sure everything works out the way it should for you. Mr. Mark is a pastor there and he is a terrific guy you couldn't find any better he is strict but fair and truly cares about everybody and wants to see everyone succeed through Christ. The staff have to put up with a lot of shit of course because there are definitely some unsavory residents that will test your ability to not become a serial killer. Of course there are negative things I can say but I don't think that it's fair to say them because it's things that will happen everywhere regardless of the situation. All in all I had a positive experience. Oh and I can't leave out the Cowboys, they were awesome Fred Marty the other cowboy I can't remember his name, Paige, they were all fun as hell to be around. The one cowboy Marty a really great guy, he has a fascination to make the horses lay down I think he has somebody in the Background shooting them them with a tranquilizer but in the end they lay down and he just walks away. Oh and in his younger years he was professional roller skater that wore tight gym shorts, knee high socks and a bandana with a feather sticking up from it which he claims provided the correct air flow and added 7 mph to his top speed. Anyway I can go on and on, you'll make good friends, you will have fun and you will be given the tools to succeed in life if you use them. Oh the only issue I had with them is that they do not pass out big books for the 12 step program

Great, friendly, helpful staff. You get out of the program what you put in. Highly recommend OTC for anyone struggling with addiction.

This place saved my life hands down the best treatment I have ever experienced the staff are caring an the groups actually helps they help with mental health an to me that's one of the main causes for drug use I highly recommend to anyone that is struggling with addiction

Case Management: Shaniya M., the case manager, is absolutely phenomenal. She makes sure no one ever feels left behind. Before you leave, she works closely with you to build a real, solid aftercare plan. Her support, her follow-through, and her genuine care are unmatched. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and set up for success. Her guidance is priceless. Therapists: The therapy team at Oxford is something special. Each therapist brings their own unique energy and expertise: • Brandon connects with clients on a real level. He brings humor, understanding, and relatability to group sessions, making difficult lessons easier to absorb. • Cekeidria “Kiki” is incredibly detailed and gets straight to the core of what needs to be addressed. She presents things in a way that clicks and opens your eyes in the best way. • Stephanie is amazing at breaking down situations and exploring the deeper layers of the world around us. • Keith, my personal therapist, has been the best therapist I have ever had. His insight, calm presence, and intellectual guidance have helped shift my mindset in powerful ways. He truly cares, and it shows in everything he does. He’ll go above and beyond to make sure you feel supported, grounded, and mentally clear. He’s the “zen guy,” and I absolutely love his work. I genuinely appreciate everything these therapists do. Their dedication is unmatched. Support Staff: The overall staff at Oxford is incredible. They are supportive, attentive, and they truly make sure you’re okay at all times. Denise is like the mother of the program—everyone respects her. She makes sure you’re up, prepared, and on time for class, and she does it with love. Peyton makes sure he’s her back bone. They are hilarious together • Second shift and night staff are absolutely amazing(joannn, Ashlynn, Joesph,Alana ,Barbie, Sonya, Chrissy, and others caring, patient, and always ready to help or make you feel comfortable. Housekeeping & Medical Team: • Betty, the housekeeper, is the sweetest soul—funny, kind, and always brightening the day. • Sarena, the nurse, does an incredible job managing the medical side of the program. She’s funny, sweet, caring, and extremely dedicated. She handles so much and still provides next-level care to every patient. Major kudos to her—she’s amazing! Overall Experience: The program is run extremely well—organized, structured, and filled with people who truly love what they do. When you first walk in, you’re welcomed not just into a program, but into a community full of compassion, support, and genuine warmth.of course there are some things that should be added however I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such an amazing program.. I recommend all Thank you to every staff member and therapist at Oxford Resolutions Outpatient Program. You have each played a major part in my journey of recovery, and I will forever be grateful.
