To the Staff at Treatment Solutions
I would like to thank Jamie A. and all of the wonderful staff at Treatment Solutions for everything you’ve done for my son. We were a family in crisis, I can’t begin to tell you the nightmare that has plagued us for so many years. We’ve been to many rehabs in our area and none of them have seemed to work . Finally, a friend recommended a Facebook site “There is Always Hope” for me to check out. I did and found my way to Treatment Solutions and Jamie. I could not believe how Jamie and his staff managed to make so many good things happen in such a short amount of time. They made the arrangements for everything in a matter of hours. My son was on a plane by dinner time, legal issues were handled and A New Day was dawning for me and my family. I am beyond grateful to everyone who did their best to make this happen and wish to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for giving my son and our family a second chance at life.
Sincerely,
Arlene Z.
After much worry, grief and blocked attempts to navigate my daughter’s health care; the professionalism, HARD work, kindness and compassion shown to my daughter and myself by Drew Kuchta and Anthony DeLuca, Intake Co-ordinators at Treatment Solutions, succeeded any avenue I have thus endured. 5 stars to these fine individuals who shall remain in my memory. Every question as well as check calls from Drew to assure me of even the smallest question were met with calmness, attention to detail and again compassion and professionalism. My wish would be that these fine people have a copy put in their records for future reference to other clientele. HATS OFF to Drew, Anthony, and your incredible organization.
With Deepest Thanks and Gratitude,

I just wanted to say that Treatment Solutions is a wonderful thing it helped me when I was in the worst possible place of my life.
I called them with not a lot of hope that they could help me , as I had called numerous other places prior but to no avail. But when Jamie picked up the phone at treatment solutions and after just a few moments of speaking to him, I felt hopeful…, he was kind, understanding and sweet and most importantly helpful. Within in no time he worked out all my insurance issues, and had a flight scheduled for me to leave for a great place called Michael’s House.
Thanks to Jamie and Treatment Solutions, I am now seven months sober and in a far better place in my life then I ever thought I could be.
So if there’s anyone out there thinking there isn’t hope, I am living proof that there is, I’m not saying it is the easiest feat, but it is possible, and well worth it !!!
Thanks Jamie, I couldn’t have done it without you !!!!!!!

Hi Vinny,
I wanted to take the time to encourage you in the service you provide through Treatment Solutions. I don’t know if everyone gives long term recovery testimonies, but, I wanted to let you know how much your service has changed the lives of so many in our family. It will be two years in February since my son went into treatment. My husband and I would like to thank you for coming to our area to do his intervention. My son has only had one brief relapse that I am aware of since that time. He is active in coaching his son’s athletic teams and has been very responsible in all avenues of his life. Even though, he is continuing to climb out of the financial pit of poverty that goes along with addiction, he has not given up on sobriety.
As there has been a genetic tendency to alcohol and drug abuse in this family; there have been at least two deaths attributed to drug and alcohol abuse just in my son’s generation. His grandfather from a previous generation died with his face down in the snow after a drinking binge. Recently, my son’s uncle whose addiction has gone on for over 35 years, decided to get sober and went into treatment.
Not to allow your head to swell too much (ha) I must also say that much prayer has gone into these lives. I believe you were used by God in answer to prayer.
Clearly, you were a God sent strategy in my son’s life, may you be blessed in all you do, and for the lives that (would not be) without your service as an interventionist.
I know like the “widows’ mite” in the Word of God, you are giving out of your own need. This makes you a powerful testimony of God’s Love in your life and in the principal of sowing and reaping. Your obedience has caused the scripture to become real for so many,
For simply consider your own call, brethren, not many of you were considered wise according to human estimates and standards, not many influential and powerful, not many of high and noble birth. (No) for God selected (deliberately chose) what in the world is foolish to put the wise to shame, and what the world calls weak to put the strong to shame. And God (deliberately chose) what is in the world lowborn and insignificant, and branded and treated with contempt, even the things that are nothing, that he might depose (give a testimony) and bring to nothing the things that are.” I Corinthians 1:26-28 Amplified Version
Your testimony lives through your work!

Jim,
Thanks to you and Treatment Solutions and all Matt’s hard work and determination, a couple of weeks ago, he got his 2 year medallion. I was there with him at the meeting. I said a special prayer to all who have been there to help him.
Thanks so much for all you do.
Maureen

Julie,
I cannot begin to thank you enough for all that you have done for me and my family. From the beginning you have not only been supportive but extremely helpful going far above and beyond in so many ways. You seem like a really great person and I felt an instant connection with you. I hope that while I am in Fort Lauderdale that I have the opportunity to thank you in person for all that you have done. You rock!! Please pass along my appreciation to Mr. Bevell for his help and willingness to work with me on the costs allowing me to receive the help I so greatly need. I feel a new found sense of hope and excitement that I have not felt in a very long time. Wow, a natural high!!
I don’t want make this too long, just wanted to express my gratitude and would really love the opportunity to meet you.
Thanks for my life!!
-John-
Dear Vinny,
I cannot begin to thank you enough for your involvement in the intervention with my son in law on Sunday. I know that this is what you do for a living and it’s certainly God-ordained and a ministry whereby he is using you to help save so many hurting people. I truly feel that your presence, wisdom and guidance were crucial in persuading my son in law of his urgent need to get himself help. Praise the Lord for answering our prayers! I know that each day forward (during and after treatment) will be a journey and one that we will deal with as it unfolds. I am so thankful that we were referred to you.
Please know that this is only “day2” in addiction treatment and today Jason called Kristin. He thanked her “for not allowing him to keep going” and that he acknowledged that he would “probably be there for a while”. She told him that she would do certain chores in the yard and around the house and he indicated that she could leave that for him to do since he was “going to have a lot of time when he returned”. She was in tears while she recounted the 8 minute conversation. Most of their phone calls prior had lasted a matter of seconds with bitter words and ugliness back and forth, so this is a major testimony!
Well I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am for Sunday. I had been dreading the confrontation but knew it was worth it. I wish you and your family the Lord’s best in life. Please realize the gravity of your position and how you are a true blessing to so many of us because of your own testimony and how you turned your life around to help others. You are worth every dollar you are paid.
Thanks again Vinny. We appreciate all that you have done for us in this process of helping others.
Sincerely,
Paula W.
I wanted to take the time to thank you for your quick response to my family crisis. I am so impressed and completely thankful for all that you did in getting my brother into a treatment program. Besides your having made all of the necessary arrangements you have given my family a sense of hope that my brother can be saved. I wish I could say more than just thank you. Your help in this matter means more to us than you will ever know.
Thank you so much,
Diana R
I wanted to thank you for your referral and help in finding Jim Bevell. Many months ago I spoke to Jim (actually in February) and his kindness and generosity was overwhelming. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get Chelsea to even consider his program. About one month ago, Chelsea an her boyfriend got on a bus and went to Miami. Same lifestyle, just a change of venue. I was heartbroken when she called me to tell me I’m in Miami. “Oh and by the way, mom I don’t have any money, please send some.” I did not send money.
There is much good news today….it’s a long story, which I would like to share with you, but on Tuesday I called Jim and reminded him of who I was and how you had referred me to him. Jim sent a car to pick up Chelsea. Last night she called me to tell me that the place was wonderful. It’s been two days and I know that there are many more days ahead of all of us, but right now it’s one day at a time; sometimes one hour at a time works well also!
Danny, meeting you last November is a day I will never forget. You taught me that anything is possible, with patience, focus and belief in my higher power. Today I am a grateful member of Al-A-Non, full of hope and strength and lots of experience. The impact that you had on my life and self-growth is so huge, that words cannot describe by gratitude. I am a stronger person because of your direction and guidance. I want to very much connect with you and share my story of experience, strength and hope, and hope that you’ll return my call that I left earlier today.
I remember what you said to me on that Friday morning when we met at the clubhouse at 9:00. You told me from that day forward everything will be different. Truer words were never spoken.
I offer my services to you to speak to moms and dads whose lives have been turned upside down by their children’s addictions.

Hi Jim,
Thank you for the e-mail. During the night when I couldn’t sleep, I was thinking of all I have to be grateful for this Thanksgiving. Matt is doing great, thanks to all your help. When he left Florida, he came home a much stronger person. He was home for a couple of months before getting into a half-way house. He finished there a month ago and is now living in a sober house. I know this is when it gets tough, when he gets his freedom back, but he seems to be doing well, new friends, etc. So I want you to know that this Thanksgiving, one of the many things I am grateful for is that we found you. Thanks for the work you do.
Happy Thanksgiving
Maureen
Written Testimonials From Professionals
Hi Deborah,
Just wanted to let you know how helpful Anthony has been from Treatment Solutions. I have two individuals leaving for placements on the same day (tomorrow) and he has been wonderful! Both patients’ families are extremely involved and Anthony has taken alot of time to work with, not just me, but the family as well! He spent alot of time speaking with one of the patients who was somewhat hesitant about residential, specifically about detoxing from Methadone. Anthony has gone above and beyond to involve all parties involved as well as do this in such a timely fashion, with very little notice from me regarding when the patients would be discharged. Just wanted to let someone know that I greatly appreciate all the services your agency has provided!
Thanks,
Melissa
Hi Jim,
Just want to thank you both for the experience I had last week. I cannot say enough about the people from Treatment Solutions 411, their hospitality, warmth and caring nature was just incredible. I was able to talk with many of the people that attended the convention and after telling them a bit about us and what we are trying to do, each and every one of them said that you need to hook up with Jim. That’s a wonderful testimonial to what you have done over the years, that your reputation is impeccable and that you stand by what you say.
We are excited to meet with you. I am just so pleased that Jim would like to come out and speak to the board. I mentioned that I could call a special meeting the next time someone is in the Connecticut area rather than have your people make a special trip. As it stands now, our next Board of Directors meeting is Wednesday, May 9th and if someone would like to attend we will schedule you to speak as soon as we begin at 7PM. Let me know.
Just wanted to let you know how happy we are having Santo represent our area. He is so good at what he does. His willingness to help people is amazing as he goes over and beyond what I’m sure he job should encompass. Your employees were also very helpful and very professional. You guys have done an excellent job recruiting and getting the best people to represent your organization.
Thank you again for the wonderful dinners and allowing me to attend your conference. You’ll have to give me some notice on the next one since I talked to several of the therapists that we work with and they are interested in your next convention.
You did a great job!!!!!!!
Dorrie
I want to thank Jim Bevell, and the entire Treatment Solutions team for the excellent Back to Basics conference in Atlantic City. It was refreshing to hear from front-line EAPs, medical doctors and clinicians with their diverse offerings. In speaking with several peers at the conference, we agreed that this was a very worthwhile event particularly with regard to EAP core issues and topics. It seems that many of the presentations at EAPA conferences, both local and national, are often theoretical and cerebral, while these presentations were pragmatic and hands on making them useful in our everyday jobs.
The accommodations and services provided by the hotel were fine and I thought the lunches were especially good. Everything was handled professionally and personally, from check in to check out.
Iris and Jessica outdid themselves in treating us to dinner at Buddakhan. I’m not sure what they’ll do for an encore performance but I’d like to be there for it.
Thanks again for a truly outstanding experience. If you wouldn’t mind, please forward this to your team as they all worked hard to make this event special and deserve the appreciation and accolades.
Best,
J. Michael Head, LPC, LCADC, CEAP, NCC

This letter is written on behalf of Treatment Solutions and Park Bench Group Counseling.
I have been working with the facility named above treatment team since 3/12/2007. I have found the staff to be professional, responsive, progressive and sensitive working with clients and providers/counselors coordinating treatment for others like myself. I highly recommend the Treatment Solutions and Park Bench Group for the treatment needs of the Chemically Dependent and Dual Diagnosed clients.

We would like to take a moment to commend you for the overwhelming devotion and commitment you have shown us. We are impressed with not only your professional dedication, but your compassion, confidence and support that you extend whole heartedly to our patients. Our patients and their families are forever thankful for the service you provide to them through Treatment Solutions. You have gone above and beyond just finding these patients an inpatient facility, you spend countless hours convincing patients of their own willpower, and giving them the confidence to get the treatment they so desperately need.
There are two patients specifically that owe you their lives and we want to thank you so much for all you did you help these individuals. Your patience and understanding helped convince two of our most complicated patients to finally get help at an inpatient facility. Sheryl R. finally fought her fears of leaving her friends and family to go out of state to a treatment facility; after your kind words of encouragement, she finally boarded a plane for The Willough at Naples. Austin R. has tried unsuccessfully to complete our outpatient detoxification program again and again. Finally ready to go inpatient, only to find out that there were problems with his insurance. He and his family felt helpless and lost. You kept their hope alive with your encouraging words. The scholarship to The Leading Edge Recovery Center that Treatment Solutions donated to Austin without a doubt saved his life, and gave hope back to his family. We are happy to report that Austin is home now and doing great. He is clean and sober, and his family cannot say enough great things about you, Steve, and all the help that Treatment Solutions has sent their way.
We are grateful to be able to network and utilize the services you have made available to our doctors. Working with Treatment Solutions has been a wonderful experience because of you Steve, and we want you to know how much we greatly appreciate all that you have done, and continue to do for our office. We look forward to working with you again in the future.
Sincerely,
Kate Strauss
