AdCare has been providing inpatient and outpatient care across Massachusetts and Rhode Island for over 40 years, with two inpatient locations and various outpatient facilities across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In the event of a relapse at any time post-treatment, American Addiction Centers, Inc. will provide qualified individuals with up to an additional 30 consecutive days of treatment at one of its facilities at no additional cost to you. Our COVID-19 protocols

Patients: We screens all patients prior to admission to determine personal travel history, potential exposure, potential contact with someone who has traveled to areas of concern, any direct contact by the patients with persons diagnosed with COVID-19, and any symptoms of illness. Those who screen positive will not be admitted to treatment. Those who screen negative will be eligible for admission.

Staff: We are committed to ensuring staff at our facilities are not infected with COVID-19 virus. Staff who have traveled to areas of concern, have been in contact with someone in these areas, have been in direct contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or shows any signs of illness are asked to follow the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines, which dictates 14 days of isolation with no symptoms from the time of contact.

This has been a wonderful life changing experience. Starting on detox, with everyone, including other patients being extremely welcoming and warm. Taylor ran psycho educational groups that helped me understand my disease more. All the groups provided me with tools to use going forward to continue my recovery journey, feeling strong. Then coming to A unit residential, being a smaller unit allowed for me to connect with my peers and trust them with some tough personal stuff, that I needed to process while in a group setting. All the TA's and counselors were very passionate and caring. Immediately feeling welcomed by them and encouraged to work together with my peers and the staff. Pam, coming to mind as one of the Top TA's that helped me here. Always looking forward to ping pong and loving each time, because of her. Karen my counselor allowing me to process some tough stuff with her one on one. While Ella taught me a very useful concept of radical acceptance, which will help me tremendously going forward in my recovery. Lastly Scott my case manager providing me with the best curated aftercare plan, allowing me to feel more confident and comfortable leaving treatment. Overall my experience here has been absolutely life changing and can't wait to continue to work on my recovery when I get home. This place is filled with an All-Star team, thank you so much Adcare RI!

I've been to this hospital once before and I had a good experience I'm back for a second time and it's got a lot better the co-workers here people that work here are awesome they help you out a lot. They also help with aftercare placement the two times I've been here I have always found placement after my detox protocol here and if my time was up for my detox protocol they made sure that I made it somewhere for a aftercare placement and the staff that work here go above & beyond for us patience and I recommend other people to come get treatment here at this facility out of all the detox facilities I've been to in My Life this one is my first choice and kristi is one of the best staff I met it helps out a lot here ❤️❤️
